All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from Australia.

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day. During peak periods, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

  • Australia: Up to 5 business days

  • New Zealand: Up to 10 business days

  • International: Up to 15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or high seasonal demand.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Australia, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for the order.

Multiple Items

If you wish to purchase multiple items, please ensure they are added to your cart before completing checkout, as we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we will do our best to help resolve delivery issues, we cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels have been handed over to the shipping provider. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging.

Return Eligibility

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
